Gaskets are here and I got my TB converter ordered, it's supposed to show up on Friday, so I expect to see all you guys here Friday night thru Saturday night. We got lots of work to do!! LOL

I ended up putting a Dacco Performance Plus 2800-3200 10" converter in. I love it!
It's real driveable, like I can get up to speed staying under 1500ish. I gotta work some kinks out on the tune yet but at half throttle in overdrive it will flash to 3500!
This thing is gonna flat out launch if I ever get some traction! I'm really happy with this thing. I haven't gotten on it to hard yet but it feels every bit as strong as my 5.3 did. We'll see I guess!

Are you going to race it on the 21st for Sammy Mathews? I got my new suspension on and new slicks Are in. I went with a 30 X 12.50 X 15. She should hook up nice. I did have stock suspension with 26 X 11.50 X 15.

No, I have 4.10's with a 3.06 first gear ratio. I would rather dead hook then have a chance of spinning. My camaro only had 3.23 and with this converter I have, it ran a 1.60-1.64 60'.

Yeah I'll be there, I'm just having serious traction problems. No traction bars and no overloads is bad lol. I think I'm just gonna put the overloads back in and just clamp them onto the others. I'll be running a 28x10.5 tire.
