Yes, I built the trans. I used a kit from www.700r4l60e.com/Dana offers HP specific kits. The kit we used says good up to 600 fly hp. He's a really cool guy, and will talk transmissions with you all day if ya like. He does what most other venders won't, tell you exactly what you need to upgrade a trans to hold. The other guys just want to sell you a trans. What they don't care about is those of us that are more than capable and have the facilities to complete such a job. It was a pretty comprehensive kit, with the modified transgo kit, Beast sunshell, Borg-Warner High Energy 3-4 pack, Hi-Revv priming spring and hardened rings, HD return springs and a few other goodies.

I have a buddy hear in town who is also putting togather a trans from him, sounds like a good guy, I asked cause im always worried about mine, it has good clutchs, shift kit, sun shell and a vette servo but bands are stock. dont know what to think on it cause i want to run a little spray on it, maybe a 75 stot in 2 and 3 gear it try and hit the 11 mark. If i can get these slick from 6.0 notch and everything is still working i should make down there on the 28th.
