So maybe like 1.5's then I make good times? lol Its never really made that big of a difference for me but maybe im wrong. maybe the car will hook more consistent now so we can get some better comparisons. I still think the car will go a low 1.6 n/a and hopefully 11's in good air.
Jareds truck should hook and be able to give him better times if it leaves good Saturday. We shall see.

I'm betting it will go mid-high 1.6's consistent in good air. On Juice, idk. But I don't see any reason at all why it wouldn't go 1.5's on the spray if you hit it out of the gate.

It went 1.7000 in bad air. and consistent 1.72/1.74 the rest of the night
Im going to play with tire pressure, flashing converter and stalling it and what not Saturday. Also going to see what it does with just a little burnout compared to moderate burnout. Just too see. Might see if theres anything we can do on the tune also just for fun.

I am hoping for a little better times. My best before the tires and suspension was a spinning 1.91 and average was a 1.95. So if it dead hooks I would like to see a mid to lower 1.8. My best 1/4 was a 13.68 with a 1.95 60'. So I will be happy with a 1.85 and a 13.45 or so. I am ready , should be fun.

Every tenth in 60ft is 2 tenths at the big end so your calculations are about right.

Yea. Thats what I am hoping for. I just want a 12 in this truck in good weather. Maybe late october we will have some 1500-2000 da. That should get me close to 12's.

Whats your best mph so far? What do you guys typically pick up in the october air? Trying to see where I might be. If it leaves hard and traps around 100 in this air then I dont think 12's would be a problem.

My best so far is 101.20. Best in the heat in great bend is 98.88. So in good air it should do 102-103. Alan usually drops around 4-5 mph in good air to bad.

Cool. Alan was off .4 last time we raced and about 4mph so if thats right a 11.9@112ish at gb is in reach for me and maybe a 11.8@114-115 at Wichita still bone stock just better air.
101 in this air can definatley go 12.9 with better air and good 60'

I'm curious to see what my 60' will be compared to your truck Jared. My stall acts just like a 3500 and i'll be on a 28" tire with 4.56 gears. I'm just gonna clamp my overloads and remove the sway bar in the front. I should be able to dead hook.

Truck looked pretty damn good today, don't give up on it. If I can have the persistence I have had with the Chevelle after all it's put me though, you can get this truck to hook with some more effort!!!!

I made some pictures of this truck yesterday so I thought I'd post them up since he doesn't really have any good pics of it completed Thats because he has never showed up to the official photo shoot when asked to.
